7. Investment Risks

All investments involve risk, including potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Specific risks include but are not limited to:

Our recommendations consider your risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals, but no strategy can assure profit or protect against loss in declining markets.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, financial models, planning tools, research reports, and methodology are the exclusive property of Wealth Expert Hub and protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Client deliverables (financial plans, tax returns, investment policy statements) are licensed to you for personal use. You retain ownership of all personal financial information you provide to us.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party custodians (Schwab, Fidelity), lenders, insurance carriers, tax software providers, and technology vendors. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for their performance, solvency, security breaches, or service interruptions. Client agreements with custodians and carriers are governed by their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Expert Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to our services.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of fiduciary duty.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Expert Hub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate services immediately for cause, including fraudulent activity, failure to provide required information, or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by FINRA Dispute Resolution in Denver, Colorado, under its rules then in effect.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law. You waive any right to a jury trial. Arbitration does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Federal securities laws and regulations apply to the extent they preempt state law. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in La Plata County, Colorado, for any non-arbitrable matters.
